Excellent Source for the serious Bible Student. Of all the Bibles I own,
this is definitely my favorite. It contains the entire Hebrew and Greek dictionaries with
reference numbers embedded into the text for quick look up. In addition, there are
complete sections of Lexical Aids to both the Old and New Testaments. There are scripture
cross references and non-denominational commentaries throughout. When carrying this Bible
you have a complete Bible Study and reference library at your fingertips.04/21/98 This
study Bible brings together, in one volume, a Greek dictionary, Hebrew dictionary, and a
concordance. The editor's comments are very scholarly and non-denominational. He traces
the textual connotations along with the actual meanings of the words. He uses Strong's
numbers to follow a particular word, and shows the grammatical basis for his conclusions.
I would recommend this to any Bible student. --This text refers to the hardcover
edition of this title. |
