What you really want to know, is what exacty are the tests given to a particual manuscript to determine if it is included in the Canon of Scripture. (Whether or not it is determined to be divinely inspired) This is an in-depth subject, and not dealt with briefly. There are many tests given to a manuscript to determine if it's origin is God or man. When you understand this process, you will have your answer to the Revelation question.
